In case of unexpected problem with internet connectivity or power failure from our
side, the class will be rescheduled and the same protion will be carried
to the next session. If the same problems happens on the student
side, then we cannot reschedule the class, however during revision we try to cover
certain important problems.
All the chapters will be covered including extra problems in board exam point of view.
If we face problem with time shortage in
finishing the portion, we extend the class times 15 to 20 min and we may
schedule extra classes also on any other days of the week.
If student is not able to attend the class at
any particular time, it will be considered as absent and missed portions they
have to learn by themselves.
Fee should be paid in full, no installment is
allowed or enrolling for individual chapters or classes is not allowed.
Fees once paid will not be refunded or
cannot be adjusted under any circumstances.
Question paper will be sent for those who are
enrolling for the test series and student has to write the test in their
home. Completed answer sheet can be sent in courieer and the same will
be corrected and sent back to you within 2 day.
Students enrolling for online classes and test
series cannot attend any direct classes from us. All the services are
provided from us thorough online only. However they can meet us along
with their parents for guidance and support if student suffer from any
problems in learning.
This
online coaching gaurentees only for excellent quality teaching and it does not
offer any gaurentee for the issues related with non performane of students
in their exam, as such things depends upon the effort, sincereity and
dedication towards study.
